Hey! My name is Piercen Breedyk. From a young age, I was captivated by the idea of designing homes. Growing up in a family surrounded by construction, design, and creativity, it seemed almost inevitable that I would follow a similar path. My father was a bricklayer and landscaper, my mother designed kitchens, and my sister eventually became an interior designer. I, on the other hand, spent my childhood playing "The Sims," not just managing virtual lives, but designing their houses — a hobby that, in hindsight, was probably a little more telling than I realized at the time!

 

My passion for design led me to pursue formal education, first taking Design & Drafting classes in high school and later graduating early to dive into the Drafting Technologist program at the University of the Fraser Valley. The early years of my career involved plenty of hands-on learning, working closely with trades professionals, and absorbing knowledge from some incredibly talented individuals. This foundation gave me a deep understanding of building codes, construction methods, and the practical aspects of design that I still draw upon every day.

 

In recent years, I’ve focused on perfecting my craft, experimenting with a wide range of design styles, and refining everything from floor plans to exterior aesthetics. Whether I’m working on modern minimalist homes or more traditional designs, I bring a passion for detail and a love of functionality to every project.

 

When I’m not immersed in blueprints and design software, you’ll find me out in nature, exploring new places, learning new things, and spending time with family and friends — because great design isn’t just about structures, it’s about building lasting memories.
